We already have in place safe operating procedures for pieces of equipment, i.e. Isolation etc, a maintenance engineer as come up with we need safe operating procedures for break downs, how can you write a safe operating procedure when you dont know what the break down will be until the equipment is isolated and you as the engineer do your thing. Advise please.
