I do not have a spread sheet but have a word with your insurer. The major insurers often publish booklets detailing the statutory inspections. Royal Sun Alliance produce one called the Engineering Inspection Guide which gives a good selection of inspection criteria. Bureau Veritas also publish a document called The Inspection Guide which may be on the web, (it certainly used to be). Hope this helps.
