Just received the HSE notification of the "revised" L24 ACOP. Has anyone found a resume of changes I can use to inform my Management team? 90 pages busy day and all that.

My understanding is that the ACoP has (a) been consequentially updated to reflect change in other legislation since last issue, and (b) adopts a more user friendly tone (particularly at the introduction), and (c) revised guidance to describe the extent of responsibility in tenanted and shared workplaces. In other respects, there is no material change to the Regs. or ACoP and therefore no regulatory impact on the employer?
