I'm about to tackle carrying out a risk assessment and safe working procedure for re-fuelling a HGV vehicle with LPG. I've requested info from our LPG supplier and will conduct talks with the drivers etc etc, but has anyone done anything similar or have any info they can share ? Anything would be appreciated. ta.

Most suppliers are more than happy to provide appropriate information and instruction Steve. They're the experts, and much of your assessment and SSoW will be reliant on their competent advice. Don't forget the impact on those who maintain your fleet.
