I'm having trouble sourcing someone to do weight load testing for exsisting mezz floor; does anyone have any contacts for London area ?

You may want to have a look at SEMA (Storage equipment Manufacturers Association) they have some guides and registered installers and inspectors http://www.sema.org.uk/guides.asp
