I have been asked to look into LOTO procedures surrounding machinery, electrical items etc specifically to do with maintenance and breakdowns. Has anybody got sample procedures they would be willing to share to give me an idea as to how I approach this matter. i know all the basics but a little help from someone elses perpective would be great. Thanks
