Hi All

This is my first time of posting a question, so apologies if I am in the wrong place.

I have been asked to prepare an audit scoring system to enable my company to compare our sites following a standardised H&S Audit. I can then report to the management team where we stand on a % basis across all sites.

Has anyone got an example of an easy system that I could look at please. I am not sure where to start.
