Good Afternoon Latchy,
The formula for Accident Frequency Rate is;
Number of Work Related Injuries
---------------------------------------- X100,000
Average Number of man hours worked
It should include all of the work related injuries. This is a common limitation if bench marking against other organisations they may not include all accidents or their definitions may be different.
I would include all of your accident statistics as this will give you a true figure.
Hope this helps.

In my company, we track total recordable rate, total lost time rate and All Accident Rate that includes first aids too.

We log and record everything but only report to the board the measures that the directors are measured on - ASR and AFR based on lost time accidents - this levels the playing field for the smaller sites.

Surely the answer to the OP, is that some will and some won't! Who can possibly tell?
As always comparing accident stats between different companies is only worthwhile if you are genuinely comparing 'like with like' and I am afraid that in many (most cases) cases you're likely to be comparing 'apples with pears'.
