Hi Jonas

Welcome to the forum, its not easy getting a H&S position at the moment.
My advise is don't give up, keep looking and applying you never know.
I have just taken on someone who is Grad-IOSH; part time in a voluntary position to give him some work experience and to use on his CV. He used his initiative and found me on the HSE's consultants register (OHSCR).

Could there be a full time position for him at my company .... Watch this space ????
