Can anyone help me? I have been asked to give a tool box talk on safe digging practices does any one have something I could possible take a look at, thank you, all help and advice welcome (constructive please)

I really did blink when I read this then realised that I have a really mucky mind and it had changed one of the vowels in the word "digging".
