Hi All,

does any one know of any techniques for writing toolbox talks . I spoke to a woman last night at an iosh meeting who said there were a few articles i could read but she could not remember the name of the articles.do any of you off any material i can research for this . The particular one i am looking to create at this time would be on the new regulations for waste in Scotland

script all such talks as that ensures that the same message is passed across by those presenting such talks

Hi Mike, there are many standard TBT's out there but in my experience they are better recieved and accepted if they are specific to the workplace, the activity, the people involved etc. A little time spent talking to those involved and fully understanding the issues to be addressed can reap rewards when sitting down to write the toolbox talk. I'm happy to pass some on if needed just PM me. Good luck.
