The Restoration Man, CH4, turning an old fighter command bunker into a family home / B&B. Lots of people using sledge hammers to knock down internal brick walls, lots of dust & broken bricks flying around the room, whist outside using a mobile powered concrete pecker to bring down another wall and either no PPE or PPE not being worn correctly, i.e. ear protection around the neck not on the ears. It's programs like this that make the un-informed wonder why we need H&S and goes some way to show why so many injuries and deaths in construction happen in small to medium building jobs

Don't worry too much. They are probably all self-employed and will be exempt from all this excessive and burdensome regulation soon! Groans, sighs and exits stage left. p48

I wonder what the HSE are thinking now? I wonder how the Daily Mail would react to an incident on this programme? Let's hope they get away with it, we don't want anyone hurt, but they're certainly taking a risk. Maybe it's deemed acceptable on TV shows though!

I'm reliably informed that I'm a pain in the proverbial to watch 'Grand Designs' with for similar reasons.

Ah, but they would never find out about it? The advantage of the film editor suite!
