Is F10 notification just down to 2 tests? ie. 5 employees + / 500 person days?
is there a requirement that ALL demolition is notifiable - or is it just the same 2 tests as above.
Thanks.

The criteria for f10 notification is as follows.

Works for a non domestic client lasting over 30 working days or 500 person days. Rquires an f10.

Demo is classed as construction works and if it meets the above criteria is notifiable.

Lindley

From time immemorial i.e. when CDM 1994 came into force on 31 March 1995, there's been a myth that all demolition is notifiable.

But as Paul indicates notifiability is about time not risk.

F10 is not required at all. Projects can be notified in writing not necessarily using a form F10.
