Hi - does any one have any knowledge of this condition please? should it be treated as a DDA condition? Thanks

Does not seem to be a particular condition which requires any action or treatment and appears to only be detected when investigating other lumbar conplaints. See Link: http://emedicine.medscap.../article/249036-overview

This is a degenerative condition; basically osteo-arthritis of the vertebra. It can be ‘a substantial and long-term adverse effect on P's ability to carry out normal day-to-day activities’ and so is one the protected characteristics in the Equality Act 2010.
