Hi

Does anyone have any recomendations for good quality books on leadership? Also any recomendations on behavioural safety type books would be appreciated.

Thanks

Graeme

Hi Graeme,

No recommendations for leadership, but regarding behavioural safety, I found anything by Dr Tim Marsh to be a great read e.g. `Talking Safety` and `Affective Safety Management`. Have a look at his company website `www.rydermarsh.co.uk

cheers,

BS type book - I'd recommend "The Emperor has no hard hat" by Alan Quilley. If you are in Linkedin EHSQ Group, you'll get discount at present.
