Is anyone aware of what new health and safety legislation will be introduced in April 2014

According to the DWP website: Remove seven Regulations made under the Factories Act 1961 and the Offices, Shops and Railway Premises Act 1963 and which are either redundant or have been overtaken by more up to date legislation. This will ensure that these Acts are improved and remain up to date. Regards. DJ
