I don't know the answer to this one but I bet someone on here has encountered the problem before.

Cleveland Police officer's four-fingered glove pleaA supply of four-fingered latex gloves is needed for a police officer who lost a finger on duty.
The Cleveland Police officer, who does not want to be named, cannot wear five-fingered gloves to protect himself from blood and other liquids.
The force is unable to find a supply of adapted ones and is seeking advice or assistance from any organisation which has dealt with a similar problem.
Manufacturers approached will only take orders for expensive vast quantities.
The force said such a large amount would not be needed and would cost tens of thousands of pounds.
The officer had to have his finger amputated after an injury on duty.
Deputy Chief Constable Iain Spittal said: "Disposable gloves are used across many industries including health, manufacturing and food preparation.
"It may be that there are people who have experience of commissioning adapted versions of gloves that will provide the barrier necessary."

Tuck the spare finger inside the glove

Given the cost of the formers it is not surprising that no-one produces four finger gloves. Just consider that to cover all eventualities you would need 8 formers, one for each hand and each missing digit. The cost would run into many thousands of pounds.
As has been suggested, one way is to tuck the finger into the actual body of the glove. Do this after the glove has been donned as otherwise you will find the donning difficult. Where I have come across this in the past it has usually been necessary for a second person to assist with this, but it can work, particularly given the elasticity of a latex glove (hopefully unpowdered, low free protein!).

Hmmm very strange?
I have four fingers on each hand and if I lost one I would then have three.
I would then be looking for three finger gloves for the one hand.

Wife heard this she is a nurse
uses gloves all of the time
her instant reaction was that is stupid
and they should just tape the spare digit out of the way

Guy at work has lost a finger in a previous job, he just tucks the spare on in. Doesn't cause any problems with his work at all.
