You will notice that what is advertised is only the introductory two day course - the LSO would normally be expected to do the five day course. Hence the cost goes up more-or-less in proportion.

I have used the courses Jane has mentioned in the past when they were run by the old NRPB. The courses and the people presenting them were excellent and related to the real world. I had not come across any other courses, other than those run by some Universities for their own staff.
