Does anyone use a system for tracking pipeline joints that don't contain CAF gaskets. We have thousands of pipeline joints on our Pharmaceutical plant and everytime we swap out a gasket joint for a non-Asbestos type it would be good to ID the flange with something ie plastic tag etc. This way we would know next time the joint was worked on. I am struggling to find anything other than using a coloured spray paint on the flange or something similar. Any advice would be helpful Thanks Mal
