It's called the Pre Construction Information.
Responsibility of the client but on notifiable projects CDMC has to assist the client
Reg 20(2)(a) and (b) require CDMC to take all reasonable steps to identify and collect the PCI and to promptly provide it (or relevant parts) to designers and contractors (including principal contractor)
