I'm aware that the CDM Co-ordinator needs to raise the initial F10. Who's responsibility is it to update the form e.g. add contractor details that were not known when raising initial notification?
I know that the HSE e-mail confirmation to the CDMC and using the serial number and e-mail address of the CDMC is the only way to access the form for updates.
Help would be gratefully appreciated!!

The appointed CDM-C is responsible for the notification, either initial or otherwise.

I don't believe that every new contractor has to be notified to HSE, however changed in dates will.
