Try Phonix Occupational Health, they're based in Stoke but I'm pretty sure they have people over in Nottingham too.

RPS can also send a van to your site to perform Hearing tests with sound proof booths in the back (if the number of tests justy it)

It does depend on the industry you are looking at and the risks...if you could let me know the industry then it might narrow down your search as there are lots of little guys out there who are still competent to provide the service..

If they are working in wood and using glue and MDF then you will need to do skin health surveillance as well. Take a look at what COSHH says@

Paragraph 237, in particular, indicates where skin health surveillance is required.
Examples where health surveillance is appropriate under the criteria in regulation 11(2)(b) are:
where there have been previous cases of work-related ill health in the workforce/place;
where there is reliance on PPE, eg gloves or respirators, as an exposure control measure; eg printers wearing gloves to protect against solvents used during press cleaning, or paint sprayers using two-pack paints wearing respirators to prevent asthma. Even with the closest supervision there is no guarantee that PPE will be effective at all times;
where there is evidence of ill health in jobs within the industry; eg frequent or prolonged contact with water (termed ‘wet-working’) causing dermatitis in hairdressers and healthcare workers, or breathing in mists from chrome plating baths causing chrome ulcers in platers.

If you need more on skin health surveillance PM me with your e-mail and I will send you information on this.

I'd second recommendation for RPS used them previously for years and they visited our sites in Scotland carrying out 100+ employees health surveillance over the course of a week and had all reports through within 7-10 working days with any major concerns highlighted to responsible person immediately. Would happily use them again if the need arose.
