If the risk assesment deemed that the employees had to have vacinations for Hepatitus:
What happens to employees if they don’t become immune? Can they still work with human tissue?
What happens if employees don’t want the vaccination?
Is it possible that an employee can have an adverse reaction to the vaccine? If so is there any company liability?

Sorry Lisa bit rushed today as I'm instructing...
It is voluntary, however if the relevant parts of COSHH apply then it is mandatory...still boils down to your risk assessment. It can be offered and refused..you just need to record the offer/refusal.
