I'm an HSE Manager and I've been working here for about 6 years now. The market is really picking up here if anybody is thinking about moving out.

I have been trying to get work there for several years, but gave it up 4yrs as a bad idea. Problem is though I don't have experince in heavy civil engineering, so I was applying for jobs in the retail / leisure / hotel industry / hospital or CDM (light civil). I have worked in Environmental Health, Food technology, Microbiology and Occ health & safety. Maybe you can advise on leads I have not thought of ?
