Many moons ago... RoSPA used to do a couple of manual handling videos with Doug Payne and Robin Nedwell. I think they were called 'get a move on' and 'moving on 1,2,3' or something like that. The second included a session dealing with moving things in awkward places that may be a start at least for what you are looking for?. No idea at all if the videos might still be available - but they were the best I think I've ever seen / used in Manhandling presentations in many years of dealing with the subject.
