Has anybody ever delivered an CCNSG course? Could people tell me what they think of the course materials etc. I have and after many years experience of trainer delivery (and a PGCE) I was astonished at the observational comments from the CCNSG observer.

I was doing the 2 day basic course. I was told I couldn't change the slides whatsoever. But some of the stuff is out of date and sometimes very wrong. Very odd!

Am a certified trainer for CCNSG, have delivered it once and ensured that any material was up to date e.g. regulations etc. (2012 - moved on). The body we had for it was the ECITB and their material was okay, but a little weak in areas, which is where the trainer comes in (though in some cases doesn't - due to inability to recognise issues).
