Hoping someone can help, a couple fo years ago I was shown a safety training video, and I'm trying to identify where I can get my hands on some copies. The video demonstrated the accident triangle and was set on a construction site. It was narrated by a female voice who took the viewer through a series of events that went wrong, each leading to a more serious outcome. The finale was the fact the female narrator was the voice of the lady who was fatally injured by falling timber (the worst outcome of the scenario), as she jogged past the construction site. Has anyone seen this video, and if so, able provide its title / publisher so i can get some copies? Cheers :-)

Published by SGB Group www.sgb.co.uk Called 'The Cost of Accidents' Although its construction based, its a great video with a good twist at the end (as long as you haven't seen it or read this post!!)

SGB are now Harsco. The video can be bought from CIP books at http://www.cip-books.com...ductID=2140#.U5qk1_ldVIk Not only is it an excellent video, it's cheap (compared to most safety / training videos)

This is a great video, and, although produced by a scaffold company, is for everyone.
