hi have just started work for a civil engineering company as a safety advisor, I am the only safety employee at the company so am just looking for some guidance from those more experienced than myself. A large part of the job entails going through a structured audit process with the workers on sites so that when the main contractor comes to score the audit we are able to gain the score needed. I was hoping to complete a checklist of items I can go through to build a structured safety management system and just wanted some advice on what sort of things I should be looking at. can anyone with a civil engineering background help? any advice will be greatly appreciated MikeI
