Rank: Super forum user		Used to be easy to locate on the DEFRA web site - http://www.defra.gov.uk Then it got "gov.uk" treatment. Your local authority Environmental Officers should be helpful in directing you towards the hidden links pertinent to a specific industry e.g. Statutory Process Guidance Notes e.g. http://archive.defra.gov.../notes/pgnotes/documents

Rank: Super forum user		Since the EA rationalised the environmental permitting process the list is not so easy to find, it is in the regulations you mention but this perhaps gives the simplified list: https://www.gov.uk/envir...-if-you-need-one/permits
