Does any one need H & S Advisor for volunteer service to gain experience in this field, in return provide advice, Toolbox talk, discussion and training of staff etc.

Make sure that you know all that you need to know before providing advice to a volunteer service as theses areas can be quite risky for the adviser personally especially so as these people are not employees so cannot be sanctioned etc. easily by the user of their services nor does the user want to sanction as they are getting work done for nothing and there is usually lots of politics involved!
that said it can be rewarding
