Hi

Would anyone be able to point me in the right direction regarding safety standards & requirements relating to the management of ammonia solution ?
The tank on site is going to hold 150m3 of ammonia solution.
Looking guidance on requirements for plant rooms, pipework, areas of use, emergency arrangements, maintenance works ,PPE etc.

Any guidance is appreciated

You will have to consider whether you come under COMAH regulations. This material which I believe is classified as Dangerous for the Environment has a lower tier limit of 100 tonnes and upper tier 200 tonnes under the COMAH regs. The fact that it is also corrosive does not affect its limits under COMAH.
