I have seen several references made requiring lightning protection systems to be inspected annually under the Electricity at Work Regs 1989. I have looked through the regs and can not find any reference to lightning protection systems and inspection requirements, however electricity is not my strong point so I might be missing it completely. Can someone please advise exactly where in the EaW regs I can find these requirements Many thanks

System should be designed and installed to bsen62305 parts 1-4 Systems are generally tested every 11 months, so that over a period of time the system is tested in a different month where different ground conditions will affect the resistance. Bs7671 will talk about surge protection devices and ensuring the lightning conductor has a conductor backmtomthe MET. From memory so give me some slack
