Currently gathering together all lifting equipment, slings, eye-bolts etc. Does anyone have an example of an Equipment Register or better still let me know where to obtain one.

Looking forward to receiving replies.

I'm sure if you "google" there will be plenty of examples, if not could you not create a basic spread with headings : equipment type : Location : Asset number : inspection date.
