Hi all, hoping for some general feedback on the below point.

We operate in a remote location (desert) and where the client supplies a medical facility that is manned 24/7 with Paramedics, a doctor visits one day per week. Due to recent reports the medics and client are now looking at charging the contractors for all medicines distributed to contractor employees.

In the past some people have abused this privilege of being able to source some medicines just to avoid paying a slightly inflated fee at the onsite service station, unfortunate but a fact.

Does anyone have any experience with this, in our company we are all first aid trained but if someone does not want to be "treated" by a fellow colleague and just wants to see the medic for a situation that could easily be treated in house can the company refuse to pay the cost if any medicines are given? is this one for the legal team?
