Good afternoon

I wonder if anyone could help me with the current law regarding use of hands free mobiles when driving in France. I have been tasked with writing a Group policy.

Thank you in advance

The use of mobile phones when driving in France was banned in 2003. As far as i'm aware they haven't banned the use of hand-free kits, however they do take a similar view as in the UK.

A couple of sites suggest hands-free may also be illegal there.
