Looking to introduce a strategic plan for 2015 as part of the 18001 improvement process
Introducing behavioural training, planned training, accident/incident causes and re-actions, health monitoring etc..
Has anyone done this before and would they have a template to enable me to present this to the board towards end of year

PM me - I have 3 year strategic plans, not associated to 18001 though. Be mindful Im out and about at the moment so wont get back to you until next week.
