Hello.

Can anybody help me with examples of a Safety Validation Policy? Although we operate a H & S Management system which is audited/assessed with our ISO 9001, we do not have any accreditations specifically for H & S.

I work for a company that does a lot of work for train operators (TOCS) and I've been asked to provide this for one of them.

Thank you in advance.

I would think that this is similar to an audit on your Safety systems in place:

The Safety validation process would I think consider the three main components:

(i) Policy
(ii) Organisation
(iii) Arrangements

Hopeful others will contribute.

The railways has a Standard for the Safety Validation of Organisational Change

Just Google "Railway Group Standard - Safety Validation of Organisational Change" and you'll find lots of info

PM me if there's anything specific
