Is the HSE's "Fee For Intervention" on the NEBOSH Cert and Dip syllabus yet?

NOTE: This requires you to STATE "yes" or "no" and carries 1 mark...................

When I did my nebosh general in october 2012 FFI was mentioned as it was a new concept that had came into place by my tutor, I would imagine if a question asked about powers of the HSE this would be a valid point? I would presume if its not in there at the minute it would be in the not too distant future?

Just completed NEBOSH NCC cert and FFI wasn't mentioned on there at all.
