Good afternoon, can anyone advice where I may find an outline for a lift plan removing sheet piles thank you

The lift plan must be specific to the activity and be prepared by a competent person. By all means look for an example, but only use the example to decide if the one prepared for the activity appears to have the correct content. Of course that assumes the example you compare to is good.

If arranging a contract lift, a lift plan will be provided as part of the arrangement, if it's not get rid of the contractor and get a competent one.

Try to get hold of BS7121 Part 3

Pile extraction as already mentioned is a very difficult operation a lot of mobile crane companies will not touch as extracting with telescopic jibs is not recommended.

As KD says look for a competent Contractor possibly Crawler Cranes.
