Hi, I have been looking into this a lot lately. The carbon Trust do a good leaflet that explains it all but ...... watch out some companies are charging huge fees I have managed to find a small self employed consultant and the quote is more than 3 x less than the larger companies and the carbon trust are quoting. Good Luck

An internet search gives the following: https://www.gov.uk/crc-e...ication-and-registration https://www.gov.uk/energ...-opportunity-scheme-esos The .gov guidance will enable you to work out if you should have registered with the CRC scheme or if you qualify for the ESOS scheme ie " Your organisation or group qualifies for CRC phase 2 if, between 1 April 2012 and 31 March 2013, it met both of the following criteria: 1. Having at least one settled half hourly electricity meter (sHHM). 2. Using 6,000 megawatt hours (MWh) or more of qualifying electricity supplied through settled half hourly meters. Your organisation qualifies for ESOS if, on 31 December 2014, it meets the ESOS definition of a large undertaking. Corporate groups qualify if at least one UK group member meets the ESOS definition of a large undertaking. A large undertaking is an organisation that carries out a trade or business which either: • employs at least 250 people • employs less than 250 people but has an annual turnover in excess of 50 million euro, and an annual balance sheet in excess of 43 million euro" Hope this helps
