Good morning all. I am looking for some advice on the use of stairwell platform systems. This would be for plastering and decorating within stairwells and ensuring all round protection. With painting we do reduce the working at height by the use of long poles for rolling etc, the main issue is plastering. any help on what people have used previously would be a great help due to the amount of equipment out there. Many Thanks Clegg

I have seen these (see link) used in a number of places and they seem to help avoid the risk of having to work over open stairwells. I'm sure they could advise on a system that suits your purpose, [ps, I do not work for the company, just pointing you towards a product I know of]. http://www.oxfordsafety....20safety%20landings.html

Pasma has just developed a staircase tower. http://www.ladderstore.c...tairmax-600-mm-wide.html (I've no connection with the above company and there are other types on the market if you google alloy stair towers)
