I am thinking about delivering some certified training to my particular work sector within healthcare . Has anybody found that external training is not currently being bought in my companies or is it now on the up. If there is no market is it worth having the odd one off session or is it a case that there are plenty of opportunities

It all depends on the subjects - supply and demand. Are you looking at IOSH subjects, NEBOSH courses or just other aspects - and who certificates these courses??

Remember to any business/department, they will want value added - what is the benefit?? These are key to selling the course as it were.

are U saying that U intend delivering such courses to other businesses as well as your own which could help justify the cost of U getting trained up to deliver?
