So . .
First week completed with my new employer . . .a Midlands based SME in the Rail and Construction industry.
Already through dynamic gap analysis I have Identified the lack of near miss reporting system. Under Rail there is the Network Rail "close call system" ( a near miss in rail sector involves trains )
I have had buy in from senior managemet and want to roll an initiative out pronto . . .I have a few Ideas but would like to call on members what there employers safety campaigns are regarding near miss reporting.

Un bonjour réciproque à vous! Croyez-vous vraiment que tout le monde sur terre considère ce forum? Aussi, il est curieux que vous écrit votre sujet titre en français, mais votre message en anglais. Cependant, je suppose qu'il n'y a rien dans les règles du forum qui dit que les titres et les messages doivent être rédigés en anglais! Peut-être un modérateur pourrait donner une opinion à ce sujet. :-)
Quoi qu'il en soit, bonne chance avec le nouvel emploi et je espère bientôt que vous obtenez quelques réponses qui sont beaucoup plus utile que celui-ci.

To allay FS101's fears my response at #3 wasn't part of any Eurozone conspiracy. Also, it wasn't intended as a means of showing off, more trying out an internet translate facility (having forgotten most of what I learned for GCE "O" level French many years ago) plus curiosity as to what sort of response/s it might provoke! :-)
Anyhow, I suppose I should also have included the English version of my response namely:
A reciprocal hello to you! Do you really believe that everyone on earth views this forum? Also, it's curious that you written your subject title in French but your post in English. However, I suppose there's nothing in the forum rules which says that titles and posts should be written in English! Perhaps a moderator might give an opinion about this. :-)
Anyhow, good luck with the new job and I hope soon that you get some replies which are much more helpful than this one.
