Hi All

I am organising a couple of Health Awareness events for my employers and one of these will be on Stress Awareness and Stress Management - specifically targetted at employees to give them an idea of what to look out for/be aware of and how they can address stress themselves as well as where to get support.

Has anyone got a recommendation for a good speaker please?
