Good morning all, Can anyone point me towards the specific detail within the HASAWA 1974 etc where it states that there is a requirement to audit and review H&S Performance please? Many thanks DHM

There is NO legal obligation to 'audit' - the requirement from the Management Regulations (Management of Helath and Safety at Work Regs) Reg 5—(1) Every employer shall make and give effect to such arrangements as are appropriate, having regard to the nature of his activities and the size of his undertaking, for the effective planning, organisation, control, monitoring and review of the preventive and protective measures. 'Monitoring' - includes inspection, accident analysis etc... 'Review' - does not mean audit...
