Hi,

Wonder if anyone is able to offer any help?

I have been searching online for a web based IBMS that I can introduce into my organisation (need to get away from the reliance of lots of paper, folders and a massive bookcase!

The business that I am in is Railway specific so it is very heavily regulated (Link-Up/Achilles/RISQS), we also have ISO 9001, 14001 & OHSAS 18001 so I really do need to implement some change soon as the business has grown quite considerably over the last few years and a 'bookshelf' no longer cuts it in my opinion.

Apart from the compliance aspects with standards & audits the other things that this would need to cover would be things like, accident/incident reporting (safety, environmental etc.,), tracking of actions, Safety inspections, audits, recording Close Calls & trend analysis, producing Dashboard reports etc., etc.,

Have probably missed loads of other things but it must be user friendly, if anyone has any advice it would be much appreciated as searching the internet has only given me a headache so far and am thinking I may need to engage an IT consultant to build me a system...
