Hello everyone,
I have been asked to provide control measures to construction workers who are going to be exposed to the above whilst they make the building safe. They are not carrying out major works but will be laying wooden panels down to make safe walking routes and blocking off access to rooms where the flooring is obviously structurally unsafe.
Clearly there are health risks in relation to exposure to the mould etc, can anyone provide me with advice on how to control exposure in a sensible manner. I have already considered discrete watering down using a hand held spray gun along with FFP3 masks.
All ideas reasonably practicable welcome. Thanks in advance.

As regards mould
Discussed on this site before. Do a search for mold (the American spelling)

Yes, you have the right idea. 1.Wet the stuff down to reduce the levels of dust. 2.Wear suitable PPE including RPE(which will need face fit testing if it is a dust mask negative pressure type) and some sort of overalls(disposable are the simplest) 3.Some sort of hygiene regime- e.g. wipes or hand wash facilities for when the guys finish. You do not want to carry this stuff about, especially if they are off for a meal break.
