Morning all,

Can anyone help, I've not done noise meter readings in so long, that I have forgot the layout of a previous noise meter record sheet.

Can anyone help in telling me what I need on the record sheet.

So far I have site details as standard, location on site of noisy works, item(s) creating the noise, readings at/ beside source, time.

I'm not aware of any standard template other than those provided by the HSE for daily/weekly noise exposure calculation. If you are looking for pointers then I suggest asking Mr Google where there are a number of noise assessments of various descriptions - starter for 10 below.

Thanks for the replies.

The assessment was in relation to noise from an item of plant.

Thanks RayRapp, I did do a lot of Mr. Google searching before I asked on here. Template is drawn up now.
