Quick question,

Under CDM 2015 - the Client is responsible for F10. As far as I can see there is conflicting info on whether or not the client (Commercial) can have someone do this on their behalf i.e. PD - Can some please clarify.

Notification can be carried out by others on behalf of the client - see the new Guidance document L153 paragraph 49.

Laura,
as any of the regular users of the HSE website will point out, there are many mistakes and inconsistencies between various documents and websites. Stick with the "official" guidance in L153. The Client still carries the responsibility for ensuring that the project is notified, but can delegate the administrative task to others.
