I am currently compiling our organisations accident severity, incident, frequency and duration rates, however I am unsure how to gain access to information where I can benchmark against other similar organisations. Can anyone point me in the right direction please?

You are going to have to pay for really specific up to date benchmarking data. Alternatively there is data on the HSE site that is nearly as good. However some of it is buried in different reports and pages and does take a bit of effort to find. You have not mentioned what industry/sector you are working in but another source is industry specific associations and academic studies.
